Position Overview
We are in search of a committed Customer Service Representative to fulfill a full-time role.
Primary Duties
- Address a variety of client inquiries with promptness and efficiency.
- Investigate and resolve customer concerns within a 48-hour period.
- Facilitate solutions for questions received via phone and email across multiple departments.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Competence in utilizing Word and Excel applications.
- Previous experience in customer service and property insurance is advantageous.
Compensation
$17.00 per hour along with a comprehensive benefits package.
