Role Duration
This is a temporary position focused on customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate data entry and documentation within the company's management system.
- Handle incoming calls, direct inquiries, and take messages as needed.
- Assist in completing new client intake forms for agents.
- Collaborate with your team lead on various tasks, including:
- Maintain a digital filing system in accordance with company protocols.
- Take on projects assigned by the team lead.
- Sort and manage incoming mail, respond to correspondence, and prepare outgoing mail.
- Engage with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders to provide information and answer questions.
- Organize calendars and schedule appointments efficiently.
- Participate in company training sessions as required.
- Effectively manage and execute tasks across the organization.
- Proficient technical skills with business software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, CRM systems).
- Typing proficiency of at least 50 words per minute with 95% accuracy.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in customer service.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including grammar and proofreading.
- Able to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and external parties.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Capability to multitask and maintain focus amidst interruptions.
- Commitment to confidentiality and discretion regarding sensitive information.
- Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
