The Culinary Support Specialist plays a vital role in the dining experience by assisting with meal preparation, serving, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. This position adheres to established protocols and demonstrates exceptional service standards while complying with all relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding service to residents, families, and guests, ensuring a welcoming and responsive environment.
- Serve meals according to dietary requirements and portion specifications, ensuring food is presented at the correct temperature.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, ensuring all products are labeled, dated, and rotated for freshness.
- Complete assigned opening and closing tasks, along with routine cleaning duties.
- Monitor residents' health and promptly report any changes to the supervisor.
- Address resident requests and concerns, escalating issues as necessary.
- Collaborate effectively with team members in a dynamic environment, supporting colleagues as directed by leadership.
- Assist with special events and functions as needed.
- Show respect for facility property and supplies.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
