About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CADD Microstation Technician to join our team at ProSearch. As a key member of our survey team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy of property boundaries, creating maps and legal descriptions of land, and providing valuable information for a variety of municipal, state, and federal improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce existing conditions surveys from in-house generated survey data.
  • Convert data between AutoCAD and Microstation.
  • Conduct records research at the municipal, county, and state levels.
  • Prepare right-of-way maps.
Requirements
  • Proficient in Bentley MicroStation InRoads and/or Open Roads Designer (ORD).
  • Proficient in AutoCAD (familiarity with Carlson Survey a plus).
  • Ability to interpret field notes and data.
  • Experience in digital terrain model (DTM) creation.
  • Ability to perform public records research and the ability to interpret/plot plans and deeds.
Education and Experience
  • Minimum three to five (3-5) years of experience drafting/design experience in survey/civil engineering field.
