About the Role

This is a full-time position responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients and mental health providers. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and providers via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Create a welcoming atmosphere for clients and manage the front desk to ensure a smooth and efficient experience
  • Schedule client appointments and support mental health providers with administrative requests
  • Verify client insurance benefits and provide accurate information
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A strong work ethic and ownership of your role
  • The ability to work through difficult interactions in a mental health office setting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Motivation to receive feedback and continually grow and develop
  • A minimum of 2 years of related experience
  • High School Diploma/GED required
