Front Desk Representative

As a Front Desk Agent at Marriott, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless experience for our valued customers. Your primary duties will include processing guest check-ins, resolving any issues or concerns, and maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.
Key Responsibilities
• Process guest check-ins, including confirming reservations, assigning rooms, and issuing room keys
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including handling cash and credit transactions
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready for check-in
• Communicate parking procedures to guests and dispatch bell staff or valet staff as needed
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
