About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Channel Lead to join our Northeast Region Sales Team at Molson Coors Beverage Company. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for executing our strategic plan within assigned channels or customer groups, solidifying our relationship with distributors, and driving revenue and profit growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve revenue and profit goals.
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, including distributor channel salespeople, to ensure effective execution of organizational priorities and programs.
  • Influence and support distributor execution within assigned channels.
  • Conduct work-withs, retail surveys, and retail visits with distributor area managers and/or sales reps to drive sales growth.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of sales experience in Consumer Packaged Goods, Beverage, or Alcohol industries.
  • Customer and solution-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Solid analytical skills with basic finance/business skills.
  • Effective problem-solving and high energy team player with strong collaboration and social skills.
