Our organization operates multiple tissue recovery and organ procurement entities, maximizing the gift of life through our dedicated tissue and eye banks. We measure our success by the satisfaction of donor families and recipients, striving to honor each donor's legacy through our work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the Tissue Recovery Procurement Process, ensuring effective communication with hospitals and funeral homes, as well as managing packaging and shipping logistics.
  • Lead the recovery efforts for donated cadaveric human tissues, including but not limited to bone, skin, corneas, blood vessels, nerves, and heart valves.
  • Act as a resource and advisor to team members throughout the recovery process.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with leadership and colleagues.
  • Participate in tissue recovery and donor restoration activities as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory accreditation standards and internal quality assurance processes.
  • Be prepared for travel and on-call responsibilities as required.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment while managing multiple tasks with attention to detail.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor in all business interactions.
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred; CTBS/EBAA certification is a plus.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in the medical field is required.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and meet MVR underwriting standards.

  • Competitive salary range of $29-$32 per hour.
