About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our AWS Marketplace team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and adoption of AWS Marketplace among our ISV partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive ISV adoption and growth on AWS Marketplace.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with ISV leadership, alliances, sales, and operations teams to drive adoption of their global AWS Marketplace go-to-market strategies.
  • Work with ISVs to transform their customer engagement models and scale success globally.
  • Collaborate with AWS Marketplace ISV Category leadership and AWS Marketplace Business Development Operations to provide a comprehensive and multi-faceted engagement process.
  • Identify and enable emerging ISVs for increased Marketplace engagement.
  • Develop and execute joint value propositions with ISVs to approach specific customer segments and industry verticals.
  • Work closely with all AWS teams to ensure AWS is the preferred cloud computing platform across all product lines.
  • Prepare and provide business reviews to senior management teams, both internally and externally, regarding progress and metrics.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
  • Preferred qualifications include experience in online advertising or high-tech products/services.
