About the Role

The Senior Manager of Refuse Aftermarket Sales and Business Development will be responsible for managing all aspects of refuse aftermarket sales and business development opportunities. This includes developing and executing strategic plans to drive sales growth, engaging with fleet customers and dealer partners, and leading a team of sales, customer support, and new product development professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage sales operations to exceed business goals
  • Develop new product programs and execute strategies to meet long-range sales goals
  • Develop and maintain strategies to monitor fleet customers and dealer performance
  • Integrate voice of customer to develop a best-in-class customer experience
  • Develop and maintain specifications, proposals, pricing, and other technical data pertaining to the sales of the product family
  • Direct and coordinate the administration of all internal parts sales activities to support marketing efforts and programs
  • Research, originate, and announce special parts sales and marketing programs to stimulate sales and profits
  • Develop and host focus meetings with sales representatives and customers to stay aware of changing market needs and demands
  • Participate in market analysis and develop new product ideas to increase market share
  • Prepare and present business plans for new product development
  • Identify and recommend pricing methodologies for contracts and proposals
  • Meet revenue and contribution margin expectations
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing/Sales, Engineering, or related field
  • Seven or more years of experience
  • Management experience
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
