Multifamily Business Development and Acquisitions Director

CORY is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Multifamily Business Development and Acquisitions Executive to contribute to the company's exponential growth. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for identifying and securing multifamily third-party management opportunities while fostering enduring relationships with multifamily owners.

Your Responsibilities as a Leader- Develop and execute strategies to identify and secure multifamily third-party management opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing department to create persuasive presentations tailored to diverse stakeholders.
- Serve as a distinguished ambassador for the company in high-level meetings and industry conferences.
- Develop and deliver customized proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of the partnership.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market dynamics, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal protocols.
- Minimum of 15+ years of experience in multifamily property management, with a preference for candidates with business development and a book of business.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with a strong attention to detail.
- Deep understanding of multifamily property management laws and standards.
- Ability to travel as necessary.
- $200K+ base plus additional incentives and lucrative bonuses.
- Relocation assistance is potentially available.
