Director of Business Development Opportunity

Alliance Animal Health is a fast-growing private equity-backed Veterinary Service Organization that operates as a majority owner and business partner to many veterinarian practices across the US. Our goal is to make it easier for our practices at every step by providing world-class business solutions like talent acquisition, marketing, human resources, finance, and operations, so that they can focus their energy on providing incredible care for animals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Find, establish relationships, and develop acquisition opportunities within the veterinary industry.
  • Develop a robust pipeline of opportunities, collecting financial information from practice owners, participating in offer presentations, addressing questions and concerns, and ultimately securing a Letter of Intent.
  • Target markets: Northeast - New York, Pennsylvania, Washington DC, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New Hampshire.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in distribution, product sales, and/or capital equipment sales.
  • Animal Health experience and extensive industry contacts are strongly preferred.
  • Ability to explain complex financial matters in a way that the average person can understand.
  • BS/BA from a 4-year accredited institution.
