Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Secure Construction Company Inc. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to our staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Manage our CRM system, Job Nimbus, and Company Cam, to track leads and marketing tasks.
  • Plan and schedule appointments, events, and meetings.
  • Assist with in-house marketing efforts, including social media campaigns and direct mail.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve office efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in office administration or a related field.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing software.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
