Job Summary

Caliber Collision Centers is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our front office team, ensuring the smooth operation of our center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the front office team, including payroll and HR-related administration and recordkeeping.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cash handling procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing environment.
  • 1+ years of experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll (preferred).
  • Valid driver's license and eligibility for company insurance coverage.
