Office Administrator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Office Administrator to join our team at Insight Global. This role will be responsible for managing the front desk, handling phone calls, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and colleagues
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, including filing and data entry
  • Assist with payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payment
  • Develop and implement efficient office procedures and systems
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Proven experience with payroll processing and management
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
