Key responsibilities include deploying and managing Windows Servers and Active Directory, designing Local Area Networks, implementing and monitoring network security, and optimizing and maintaining network software and hardware. You will also build and deploy file servers and cloud computing solutions, configure and deploy VOIP solutions, and perform network infrastructure troubleshooting. Additionally, you will manage Microsoft Exchange Server, telephone solutions, and monitor alert systems. To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience configuring, troubleshooting, and repairing networking equipment, Windows servers, and workstations. You will also have three years of experience in a client-facing environment, such as sales engineering. You will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational and time-management skills, and experience writing proposals for and implementation of technical solutions. You will be results-oriented, self-motivated, energetic, professional, reliable, and a team player. Experience with RMM and PSA tools is a plus.
