Job Overview


The Sharp Electronics Corporation is seeking an experienced sales support specialist to join its team. This role involves providing administrative and technical support to sales representatives, ensuring the timely and accurate processing of branch sales orders in compliance with company policies and procedures.


Main Responsibilities:



  • Process and review credit applications for pre-approval of all deals, including cash transactions
  • Obtain buy-out and trade-up quotes as required
  • Maintain customer files and profiles with Master Data
  • Evaluate order documents for completeness and accuracy, including leasing requirements and maintenance contracts
  • Enter orders into SAP and CRM while adhering to company revenue recognition policies
  • Support the Sales Compensation Administration process, working closely with the Branch Controller to ensure timely and accurate payments
  • Coordinate consignment orders according to company policy
  • Arrange out-of-territory deliveries and ongoing service with authorized dealers
  • Liaise with Corporate National Accounts as necessary
  • Monitor and report on order status using the Sales Potential (ZOFT) report from entry to final invoicing
  • Collaborate with leasing companies to ensure timely funding of lease transactions
  • Ensure complete and timely scanning of customer documents and deal packets for proper storage and sharing among team members
  • Oversee the receipt of return authorizations for lease returns
  • Manage Lease Portfolio and Reporting
  • Work with Customer Service Representatives on billing, customer inquiries, and assist RMS with Accounts Receivable issue resolution
  • Provide system and administrative support for assigned sales representatives
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Required Skills and Qualifications:



  • 1-3 years experience in a sales organization or similar capacity in an administrative or financing role
  • Highly detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • College degree preferred
  • Experience with SAP preferred

Compensation and Benefits:


The estimated annual salary range for this position is $34,125 - $68,300, excluding bonuses, incentives, differential pay, and any other forms of compensation or benefits. The starting salary will be determined by various factors, including but not limited to experience, education, training, certification, and location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive award, commissions, and program-specific awards, subject to governing rules.
