Sales Account Manager

TEPHRA is seeking a highly skilled Sales Account Manager to lead and coordinate all commercial activities for assigned automotive accounts in the Engineered Plastics business entity.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and manage pricing on a quarterly basis or per commercial agreement.
- Maximize margin and grow profitability.
- Identify and map key decision makers in customer's value chain.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers and influencers.
- Develop and communicate account plans with internal supportive functions.
- Achieve account target or Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field with a minimum of 6 years of professional experience or MBA/Master's Degree with 4 years of experience.
- 4 years' experience in sales of Plastic Injection molding products to Tier 1 of the Automotive industry.
- Strong sales capabilities and interpersonal skills.
- Well-developed technical and sales skills.
- Automotive Plastic Injection Molding grades sales experience required.
