Job Title: Front Office Manager

At 21c Museum Hotels, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team. As a key member of our hotel operations, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest service and promoting a positive hotel experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the front office operations, including guest check-in and check-out, room assignments, and key control.
  • Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of guest stays, including room inventory and revenue management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experience.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel front office operations.
  • Proven track record of excellent customer service and leadership skills.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
