Job Title: Assistant Front Office Manager

The Assistant Front Office Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and exceptional guest experience at our hotel. This position is responsible for overseeing front desk operations, directing front desk staff, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest services
  • Direct and supervise front desk staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience
  • Monitor and maintain front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-maintained
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in front office management or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures
