Administrative Coordinator for Custom Automation Projects

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to support our team with travel arrangements, expense reporting, and general administrative tasks.
As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for coordinating travel arrangements, providing telephone support, mail distribution, filing, and other general administrative duties. Additionally, you will assist with organization-wide communications and report preparation.
Our ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, a minimum of 8 years of related administrative experience, or an Associate Degree with 4 years of related experience. They will also possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent grammar skills.
Responsibilities- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reporting using our company's travel system.
- Provide telephone support, mail distribution, filing, and general administrative tasks.
- Assist with organization-wide communications and report preparation.
- Distribute paperwork and handle document copying and filing.
- Ensure adherence to company policies for managing confidential information.
- High school diploma with a minimum of 8 years of related administrative experience or an Associate Degree with 4 years of related experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
- Familiarity with company policies and procedures for handling confidential information.
- 10+ years of experience supporting senior executives.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and excellent grammar skills.
- Ability to manage shifting priorities and respond to unexpected situations.
- Experience working independently with minimal supervision.
The salary for this position is $30.00 to $32.00 per hour. Our benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan. We provide employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. In addition, our associates may be eligible for paid leave including Paid Sick Leave or any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law, as well as Holiday pay where applicable.
