Job Summary

We seek a skilled Project Coordinator, Clinical Operations to support the development and implementation of programs or projects that improve operations and patient care. This role plays a vital part in the day-to-day activities of projects and ensures timely completion.

Main Responsibilities

  • Monitor project progress and outcomes to ensure timely completion
  • Provide administrative and logistical support to project teams
  • Document issues and decisions related to project management
  • Assist in preparing proposals, reports, and documents regarding project status
  • Participate in staffing needs and resource allocation for projects
  • Review monthly budget statements to ensure project funds are available for continuation
  • Perform basic project management functions as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a clinical field, business, or an equivalent field
  • One year of experience in a related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in management, coordination, training, quality assurance, team building, program development, and evaluation
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Project management experience and/or CAPM certification

Working Conditions

This is a sedentary position in an office setting, which may exert up to 10 pounds and involve lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or moving objects. The employee must be able to sit most of the time and is not exposed to adverse environmental conditions.
