Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Executive Portfolio Manager to lead the execution of a portfolio of projects valued at $1MM+.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients and external consultants, driving business development activities and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Project Management: Develop proposals, manage financials, and negotiate contracts, leading and organizing projects to ensure profitability, quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
  • Project Coordination: Monitor project costs, budgets, and timelines, proactively addressing challenges, and coordinating project scopes across various departments and ensuring compliance with engineering and construction standards (A&E, EPCM, Design-Build).
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of project managers and coordinators, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Experience: 15+ years of project portfolio management experience in the Oil & Gas sector, with a strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, contract administration, and safety regulations.
  • Skills: Proven ability to manage client relationships with professionalism and integrity, strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Travel: Ability to travel occasionally to client sites.
