Key Responsibilities:

The Content Marketing Specialist will spearhead our content initiatives targeting both buyers and suppliers. Responsibilities include:

  • Identify and comprehend the objectives and challenges faced by our customer base.
  • Clearly articulate business needs to a diverse audience.
  • Assist in the strategic planning and ideation of content on a monthly basis, utilizing a structured Content Calendar.
  • Develop templates and frameworks for various content formats, including blogs, emails, web content, social media posts, videos, and event materials.
  • Create a strategic roadmap for content initiatives, prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Implement and distribute content across multiple marketing channels to enhance traffic and brand visibility.
  • Review existing content and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
  • Edit for clarity, accuracy, consistency, audience engagement, and SEO optimization.
  • Position 360Connect as a thought leader within various sectors.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders for input and approval.
  • Innovate future content types to streamline processes.
  • Engage with industry leaders to elevate content marketing strategies.
  • Exhibit flexibility and teamwork, adapting to various roles as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in content writing and strategy within B2B sectors.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • A creative and articulate writer with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficient in producing both long-form and short-form content.
  • Strong understanding of brand voice and audience engagement.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices.
  • Highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Three writing samples showcasing critical thinking and clarity.
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with content management systems; WordPress knowledge is advantageous.
  • Basic knowledge of Front-End Development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Graphic design skills are beneficial.
