Position Overview:

As a Public Relations Account Executive, you will be instrumental in supporting a major client in the insurance claims sector through various PR campaigns and initiatives.

In this role, you will report to the senior account leader and collaborate closely with the client on strategic communications and marketing efforts. Your responsibilities will include crafting engaging PR content specifically designed for the Latin American audience, such as press releases, opinion pieces, media pitches, and social media posts.

This position operates in a hybrid model, requiring three days in the office and occasional travel.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Work alongside the senior PR team to implement client PR strategies.
  • Develop media pitches in Spanish for Latin American outlets.
  • Edit and review social media content translated from English to Spanish.
  • Create press releases aimed at the local Latin American market.
  • Maintain client communications primarily in English.
  • Coordinate events like press conferences and product launches across Latin America.
  • Build and nurture relationships with media professionals, journalists, and influencers in the region.

Requirements:
  • Proficient in both written and verbal Spanish, with a strong background in business communications.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Solid understanding of PR communications and operational workflows.
  • Exceptional client-facing skills with a high degree of organization.
  • Previous agency experience is preferred.
  • Experience in business-to-business communications is advantageous.
  • Fluency in Portuguese is a plus.
