Key Responsibilities- Technical Support: Provide first-level technical support to staff members, resolving issues related to computer hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- System Administration: Assist in the administration of our business systems, including Workday, HR, payroll, timekeeping, P2P, and accounting.
- Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within our systems, performing regular audits and data analysis to identify discrepancies.
- Training and Documentation: Develop and deliver training sessions to staff members on new processes and system functionality, creating documentation to support knowledge sharing.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Change Management and Configuration teams, to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes.
- Incident Resolution: Respond to and resolve incidents in a timely and professional manner, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, HR, or related field.
- Experience: One year of relevant work experience in IT support or a related field.
- Skills: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and ability to work well with people from different disciplines.
