Business Support Specialist

Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual looking for a new challenge? As a Business Support Specialist at Heartland Dental, you will play a critical role in supporting our front office team.
Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
Your primary responsibilities will include greeting patients, answering phones, managing office mail and email, and communicating with patients and insurance companies. You will also utilize Dentrix software for patient scheduling and records, schedule appointments, and file insurance claims.
In this role, you will partner with providers to implement Heartland Dental systems and optimize office potential. You will also work closely with the front office team to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:
- 1+ years in a dental or medical setting
- Insurance billing and accounts receivable experience
- Dentrix software experience
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged sitting and working on a computer
- Lifting up to 15 pounds
- Attendance at virtual training sessions
