About the Opportunity

As a highly organized and motivated Dental Scheduling Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for patients at Fox Dental Associates. This role is crucial in maintaining our practice's workflow and ensuring that dental professionals can deliver top-notch care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule patient appointments efficiently and accurately.
  • Manage the appointment calendar to maximize productivity.
  • Confirm and remind patients of their appointments via phone or text.
  • Handle patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Coordinate with dental staff to accommodate urgent or emergency appointments.
  • Maintain patient records and update the scheduling system regularly.
  • Verify patient insurance information and assist with billing and insurance claims as needed.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience working in a dental office is required.
  • Customer Service experience is required.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation and Benefits
