Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Dental Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support, maintain patient records, and ensure the smooth operation of our orthodontic practice.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare appointment schedules, coordinate patient flow, and ensure efficient use of time
- Maintain accurate patient records, including medical history and treatment plans
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and provide excellent customer service
- Assist with front office duties, such as scheduling and billing
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in a related field preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of EMR software
$50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
