Key Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in a help desk or technical support role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and other hosted business solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
What We Offer
