About This Role: Join The Westin Cincinnati team as a Front Desk Agent and play a vital role in creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to register guests, provide information about hotel amenities and services, and respond to queries about outlet hours and local attractions. You will also promote the hotel's brand and marketing programs, as well as make recommendations for local activities and events. In addition to these duties, you will handle cash transactions, post charges to guest rooms, and resolve customer complaints. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and previous hotel experience is beneficial. We offer a competitive compensation package, including an estimated $45,000 - $65,000 annual salary, along with comprehensive benefits, such as Medical and Dental coverage, Vision insurance, and a 401(k) Savings Plan with matching funds.
