Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Help Desk Specialist to join our team at Encore Technologies.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires excellent customer service skills and technical knowledge to resolve issues related to hardware, software, network, access, and general compute. As a Help Desk Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for customers and will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to ensure their needs are met.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer experience by resolving technical issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Document all customer interactions in various ITSM tools to maintain accurate records.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose complex technical problems using knowledge bases or support tools.
  • Routinely work on projects and tasks assigned by leadership to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a technology-related field or equivalent education.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues.
  • A strong understanding of IT systems, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
Work Environment

This role is based in Norwood, OH, and requires occasional travel to other locations. You will be working in a standard office environment with modern equipment and tools.

Note: The salary range for this position is approximately $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
