About the RoleAs a Front Desk Attendant, you will be the primary point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable. This role involves managing guest accounts, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Responsibilities- Guest Service: Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Account Management: Manage guest accounts, including room assignments, billing, and payment processing.
- Communication: Respond to guest inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information about hotel policies and procedures.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are ready for new guests and with other departments to achieve seamless operations.
- Experience: 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry as a hotel front desk agent, hotel receptionist, or guest service specialist preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work well under pressure and multitask; basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
- Education: High school graduate, GED recipient, or equivalent.
