Key Responsibilities
Building strong relationships with our members and delivering exceptional service is paramount at Town & Country FCU. The Client Service Specialist II is focused on enhancing member connections by fostering a collaborative environment, explaining services to prospective consumer and business account members, generating additional business opportunities, and promoting positive public relations.
This role involves conducting loan interviews, assessing and evaluating loan documentation to ensure compliance with credit union and regulatory standards, facilitating loan closings, and cross-selling additional products and services. You will also assist members with the opening of new accounts and various service requests.
Qualifications
One to three years of relevant experience is preferred. A high school diploma or GED is required.
Interpersonal Skills
This position requires substantial personal interaction with individuals both inside and outside the organization for the purpose of resolving conflicts, building relationships, and fostering cooperation. Discussions often involve sensitive information, necessitating a high degree of confidentiality, diplomacy, and tact in communication.
