Key Responsibilities
Building strong relationships with our members and delivering exceptional service is paramount at Town & Country FCU. The Client Services Associate II aims to enhance member connections by fostering a collaborative environment, explaining services to potential personal and business account members, generating additional business opportunities, and promoting positive public relations.
The Client Services Associate II will conduct loan interviews, assess and evaluate loan documentation to ensure compliance with credit union and regulatory standards, facilitate loan closings, and cross-sell additional products and services. They will also assist members with the establishment of new accounts and handle various service requests.
Qualifications
1 to 3 years of relevant experience is preferred. A high school diploma or GED is required.
Interpersonal Skills
This role involves significant personal interaction with individuals both inside and outside the organization for the purpose of resolving conflicts, building relationships, and fostering cooperation. Discussions often require a high level of confidentiality and discretion, necessitating diplomacy and tact in communication.
