ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Senior Executive Recruitment Coordinator within the Global Executive Talent Acquisition team, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with recruiters, hiring leaders, and candidates to ensure a streamlined and exceptional candidate journey.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Facilitate scheduling of interviews on a global scale in partnership with recruiters and senior hiring leaders, including the preparation and distribution of interview agendas and guides.
  • Cultivate relationships with candidates, overseeing both onsite and virtual experiences, and serving as the primary contact to ensure a smooth interview process.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for candidates, including domestic and international logistics, and manage conference room reservations and travel reimbursements.
  • Welcome and guide candidates during onsite interviews as necessary.
  • Address candidate inquiries regarding the application process.
  • Ensure a positive interview experience for hiring teams.
  • Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (Workday), ensuring data accuracy and reporting integrity.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of recruitment processes.
  • Support the upkeep and updates of the Executive Talent Acquisition CRM.
  • Organize background checks, physicals, and drug tests efficiently.
  • Investigate and resolve any background check discrepancies for North American hires.
  • Enhance the preboarding experience by sending candidates appropriate welcome packages.
  • Provide logistical support for career events.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and propose actionable recommendations.
  • Engage in various HR and recruitment initiatives and projects.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma required.
  • Minimum of 3 years in recruitment coordination or executive administrative roles.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with senior leaders effectively.
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Experience in corporate global travel coordination.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong relationship-building and customer service capabilities.
  • Problem-solving aptitude.
  • Experience in scheduling domestic and international travel.
  • Ability to thrive under time constraints.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, particularly Workday, is advantageous.
  • Experience with recruitment CRM systems.

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Full-time position, first shift, in-office.
  • Overtime may be required as needed.
  • Remote work is permitted once per week.
  • Minimal travel required (0-5%).
  • This position does not offer relocation assistance.
