Position Overview

The Senior Loyalty Program Manager will spearhead the development and implementation of the HawaiianMiles strategy. This includes crafting tailored benefits for various member segments, devising growth and engagement initiatives, and establishing the necessary infrastructure to support these efforts. The role also encompasses the oversight of program rules and administrative processes to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute the HawaiianMiles strategy, focusing on member segmentation and benefit offerings.
  • Oversee the daily operations of all HawaiianMiles member and elite programs.
  • Identify and resolve recurring issues affecting high-value customers by collaborating with various departments and partners.
  • Develop and implement partnership strategies aimed at achieving revenue and profitability targets.
  • Manage the P&L for HawaiianMiles partnerships, setting parameters for the accrual and redemption of miles.
  • Enhance relationships with key revenue-generating partners to maximize the value of the HawaiianMiles currency.
  • Conduct analysis and provide insights on program performance to the management team.
  • Mentor and develop direct reports to foster their professional growth.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of five years in marketing, partnership management, or program oversight.
  • At least two years of supervisory experience.
  • Proven experience managing substantial budgets with demonstrated P&L success.
  • Track record of launching programs and partnerships effectively and within budget.
  • Experience in managing accounts and partner relationships.
  • Strong project management skills in a detail-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with marketing concepts and data analysis tools.
  • Understanding of loyalty program economics.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives in alignment with departmental goals.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant applications.
  • Willingness to travel and work outside of standard business hours as necessary.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the airline industry or loyalty program management.
  • Background in online direct marketing.
