Role Summary
The Senior Loyalty Program Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing the HawaiianMiles strategy, which includes creating levels and benefits tailored to different member segments, formulating member growth and engagement plans, and establishing the necessary infrastructure to support these initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute the HawaiianMiles strategy, focusing on member segments and their respective benefits.
- Oversee the rules and administrative processes of the HawaiianMiles program, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
- Manage the daily operations of all HawaiianMiles member and elite programs.
- Identify and resolve recurring issues for high-value customers by collaborating with various departments and partners.
- Develop and implement partnership strategies for HawaiianMiles to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Oversee the P&L for HawaiianMiles partnerships, establishing parameters for earning and redeeming miles.
- Strengthen relationships with key revenue-generating partners to enhance the value of the HawaiianMiles currency and customer offerings.
- Create and present business cases for new opportunities to expand the business, enhance member loyalty, and explore new partnership avenues.
- Provide analytical insights and performance updates on programs and partnerships to the management team.
- Mentor and develop direct reports to foster their professional growth.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of five years in marketing, partnership management, or program oversight.
- At least two years of management experience leading teams.
- Proven experience managing a multi-million dollar budget with demonstrated P&L accountability.
- A successful track record of launching programs and partnerships on schedule and within budget.
- Experience in managing accounts and sales/partner relationships.
- Project management experience in a high-accuracy, time-sensitive environment.
- Strong understanding of marketing concepts and data analysis tools.
- Knowledge of loyalty program economics and accounting methods.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers, vendors, and senior leadership.
- Capacity to manage multiple initiatives and prioritize them according to departmental objectives.
- Ability to conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns and enhancements to the loyalty program.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and internet applications.
- Willingness to travel and work outside of standard business hours as necessary.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the airline industry or loyalty programs.
- Background in online direct marketing.
