Job Summary

Adecco is seeking a highly skilled Senior Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Senior Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in assisting with managing the day-to-day functions of our accounting department and the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Assistant Controller and the Property Accounting Manager in maintaining accurate and efficient financial operations.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of property accounting processes to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Manage the organization's bookkeeping and billing, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Perform auditing and reporting tasks, including team reports and bank reconciliations.
  • Process AP/AR and all postings, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance.
  • Prepare AP lists and check processing, ensuring timely and accurate payment.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in accounting software a plus.
  • Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Benefits

Adecco offers a competitive hourly rate of $24.00 to $28.00 per hour, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, and a 401K plan.
