Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at LCB Senior Living, LLC. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our residential facilities, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Thoroughly clean and sanitize resident rooms, common areas, and bathrooms
  • Empty wastebaskets and replace bags
  • Dust and polish all surfaces
  • Clean and maintain kitchen areas, including counters, floors, and appliances
  • Operate cleaning equipment, such as mops, brooms, and vacuum cleaners
  • Assist with laundry and linen services
  • Perform general housekeeping duties as needed
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous housekeeping experience in a healthcare or hospitality setting preferred
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
  • Good physical and mental health
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
