Estamos buscando un Ingeniero de Oficina (Ingeniero de CM) para unirse a nuestro equipo en Duluth, GA. El candidato exitoso para este puesto realizará trabajos técnicos avanzados, de ingeniería y administrativos que apoyan a ingenieros y gerentes de proyectos en áreas funcionales de construcción y rehabilitación de carreteras/puentes. Las responsabilidades del proyecto incluyen, pero no se limitan a: Revisar y procesar informes de construcción de progreso y finales, así como modificaciones de contratos de construcción;
Monitorear e informar sobre los requisitos de cumplimiento de la Empresa de Negocios en Desventaja (DBE) y de Igualdad de Oportunidades de Empleo; Revisar planes para la constructibilidad; Revisar y aprobar acuerdos de subcontratación según sea necesario; Asistir a reuniones relacionadas con el proyecto; Revisar y procesar la documentación para el cierre del proyecto.

Requisitos

Requisitos mínimos:

Título en Tecnología de Ingeniería Civil o en Gestión de Construcción y cinco (5) años de experiencia en ingeniería y supervisión de construcción y/o mantenimiento de carreteras y puentes; o Diploma de secundaria o GED y diez (10) años de experiencia en ingeniería y supervisión de construcción y/o mantenimiento de carreteras y puentes.

Requisitos técnicos:

Altamente motivado, con una pasión demostrada por la excelencia y la iniciativa. Fuerte ética de trabajo, dispuesto a hacer lo que sea necesario para realizar el trabajo correctamente desde el principio.
Capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas y priorizar – Eficiencia en la gestión del tiempo. Fuertes habilidades organizativas. Capacidad para anticipar y planificar las necesidades del cliente para cumplir o superar las expectativas del cliente. Comunicación profesional y oportuna con el personal, clientes y otros miembros del equipo del proyecto, tanto internos como externos. Dominio de los programas de Microsoft Office.
