About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team at Jobot. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our concrete construction projects, from planning to completion, while managing a team of skilled professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of large commercial concrete construction projects.
  • Manage project teams to ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement project strategies and plans, and ensure all project objectives are met.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members, to keep them informed about project progress.
  • Identify potential project risks and devise and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure all construction activities comply with industry safety and quality standards.
  • Resolve any project-related issues or disputes in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Continuously review and improve project management processes and strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, specifically in concrete construction.
  • Proven experience in managing large commercial projects from start to finish.
  • A bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong strategic planning abilities and a proven track record of effectively managing resources and budgets.
  • A solid understanding of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
  • Proficiency in project management software tools.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Willingness to relocate to Florida.
