Key Responsibilities:

  • Define project scopes and objectives, coordinating all efforts—both administrative and technical—to achieve optimal and cost-effective results.
  • Set both short-term and long-term goals, creating timelines for their achievement while assigning specialized teams to meet specific needs.
  • Facilitate and participate in client vision sessions to align project goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • A minimum of 3-4 years of relevant civil engineering experience in site design, land development, and permitting.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, coupled with a solid foundation in design.
  • Thorough understanding of construction processes, plans, and specifications, particularly in relation to public works and construction projects.
  • Ability to cultivate a creative and innovative engineering environment.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Water CAD, Sewer CAD, or Civil 3D, along with the Microsoft Office Suite.
