Position Overview

Peraton is seeking a skilled and proactive Systems Integrator to enhance the efficiency of our front office operations. The ideal candidate will deliver administrative and operational support to facilitate a dynamic customer mission. Key responsibilities encompass the general management of daily business activities, coordination of meetings, event organization, communication management, and the preparation of impact reports, along with action tracking and governance facilitation. Additionally, the Systems Integrator will oversee the upkeep of SharePoint sites and related sub-sites. This role will report directly to the Chief of Staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level organizational performance assistance to the front office
  • Ensure accountability by documenting meetings, identifying action items, and facilitating timely resolutions
  • Create executive-level reports, briefings, and dashboards
  • Monitor approved expenditures in alignment with budget plans
  • Assist with various ad hoc tasks as necessary.
Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance is mandatory
  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or a Master's degree with at least 3 years; additional experience may substitute for educational qualifications.
  • Proven experience in programmatic functions, including action tracking, documenting management decisions, and maintaining configuration management while providing seamless support to front office systems and processes.
  • Strong communication skills to support drafting of emails, meeting notes, and other correspondence with diverse stakeholders to ensure effective coordination and information dissemination
  • Ability to organize and plan meetings, including drafting agendas and related materials.
  • Capability to gather and compile office-wide input for regular meetings with senior leadership.
  • Experience in planning customer events, such as quarterly meetings, offsite gatherings, and technical exchanges.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment

  • Prior experience with customer interactions across the organization
  • Experience in supporting senior management
  • Ability to work across organizational boundaries to achieve mission objectives
  • Proficient in SharePoint usage

Target Salary Range

$104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
