Front Desk Associate

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Extended Stay America Chantilly - Dulles. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, registering guests, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Register guests and handle check-ins and check-outs in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Provide attentive and courteous service to all guests, responding to their inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of guest information, including room assignments and special requests.
- Process payments and handle guest accounts in accordance with hotel policies and procedures.
- Assist with room assignments, key card distribution, and other front desk duties as needed.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest service and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in guest service, hotel operations, and technology.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
- Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk procedures, room assignments, and guest services.
