Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Records Manager and Action Officer to join our team at ManTech International Corporation. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing records management support, administering data repositories, and developing training programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement, maintain, and audit file plans to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Administer online data repositories and develop and maintain records management websites.
  • Create, maintain, and update mail groups to facilitate communication and collaboration.
  • Support the Front Office in business functions to ensure smooth performance of the Directorate's mission.
  • Develop and provide preparatory briefings, data, and information to senior leadership.
  • Provide senior executive-level support, including document management, meeting minutes, and presentation development.
  • Manage Directorate's Tracking Information and Enterprise Response (TIER) actions, including research, drafting, and coordination.
  • Maintain historic files and TIER distribution groups to ensure timely and accurate responses.
  • Support the implementation of Directorate governance policy and processes.
  • Develop and schedule training programs, including new hire registration and training, and organizational new employees' orientation course.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and 1 or more years of relevant experience or high school diploma and 3 or more years of relevant experience.
  • Understanding of records management, file plans, and policies and procedures.
  • Experience with authoring and updating plans, conducting routine checks, and maintaining business management plans.
  • Familiarity with training plans and procedures, and experience with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous NRO experience.
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Keen attention to detail and time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written).
Security Clearance Requirement

Active current TS/SCI with Polygraph is required.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time. Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel.
