Job Title: Segment Manager - Food and Beverage

At Precision-Aire Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Segment Manager to lead our Food and Beverage sales efforts. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and profitability in this critical market segment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve business objectives and sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the Food and Beverage industry.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Develop and deliver sales training and coaching to ensure sales team members have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10-15 years of relevant sales experience, with a proven track record of success in the Food and Beverage industry.
  • Strong understanding of high-value added product selling, pricing, negotiating, and channel management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic recommendations.
