About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our national member benefits and partnerships program. As the Director of Strategic Partnerships and Member Benefits, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance member value and expand national partnerships.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the development of national member benefits and partnerships initiatives
  • Cultivating strong relationships with corporate partners and state-level teams
  • Creating and executing marketing strategies to elevate program visibility and increase sales
  • Managing the program's budget and overseeing team projects

  • A proven leader with 10+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or customer service
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to work autonomously
  • Highly organized with a knack for balancing strategic vision and hands-on management
  • Strategic marketing expertise and ability to create impactful campaigns
