Sales Job Description

InBody is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to drive growth in the Medical/Academic and Health/Wellness industries. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for demonstrating, promoting, and selling InBody's professional line of Body Composition Analyzers to prospective customers.

You will also develop and foster relationships with existing and prospective clients, execute sales strategies, and meet and exceed targets. Additionally, you will track progress and results, research and understand target markets, and possess excellent organizational and time management skills.

A Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years of relevant work experience is required, along with 1+ years of sales experience and proficiency with CRM software (Zoho). The ideal candidate should demonstrate a track record of identifying and closing new business using a consultative and collaborative approach, possess strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, and have valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Travel up to 10% for business trips and tradeshows is also required.

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 base + uncapped commission.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years of relevant work experience
  • 1+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding quota
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain high daily call volume (50+/day)
  • Proficiency with CRM software (Zoho)
  • Demonstrate a track record of identifying and closing new business using a consultative and collaborative approach
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including persuasive negotiation, public speaking, and presentations
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Travel up to 10% for business trips and tradeshows
