We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Food Production Manager to join our team at Hospitality Pro Search. As a Senior Food Production Manager, you will play a crucial role in creating a fine-dining experience for our discerning clients aboard private jets. You will be responsible for managing the daily production needs of multiple aviation requests for in-flight catering, as well as providing food service management for corporate and institutional restaurants throughout the southwest.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understanding of a variety of international cuisines
  • Comply with all Food Safety rules and regulations

The ideal candidate will have experience in Leadership, Management, and demanding Accountability, with a high degree of Training and Teaching abilities. The salary for this position is estimated to be around $85,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.

Requirements:

  • Be a self-starter who works independently with minimal supervision
  • Able to work in a cold environment (41 F cold room) daily for an extended amount of time
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed
